Yopie’s Store is open 365 days per year, 24 hours a day. You are welcome to visit our shop, get some fresh ideas, and place an order for uniquely designed gifts for babies and kids any time you like.

Easy and secure payments online

Yopie’s store accepts payments via Paypal. You don’t need to have a PayPal account, just use your credit card instead.  If you’d prefer, we are happy to arrange for you to pay by bank deposit, please contact us before making your order.

Delivery charges

  • New Zealand wide: Delivery is FREE!
  • International: Orders NZ$200 or over – shipping is FREE!

Australia: Orders under NZ$200 ship for NZ$10.
Everywhere else: Orders under NZ$200 ship for NZ$20.

*Please double check the address for delivery on international orders. If orders are incorrectly addressed, they may not be delivered to your recipient. If international orders are returned and require a refund, please note that we do not refund the delivery fee, and if the order requires re-delivery, we will need to charge the delivery fee again.

*Please note that all international orders will be sent by International Air Mail. This is not tracked and we cannot replace lost items. If you would like a tracked service – we recommend Economy Courier. This is significantly more expensive but does ship more quickly. Please contact us if you would like to arrange an order to be delivered by Economy Courier.

*Please note that certain larger items are not available for delivery outside of New Zealand. If this applies, it will be mentioned in the description of the product.

Delivery times

Our aim is to assure quick arrival in excellent condition. Yopie’s Store uses PBT Couriers to get your items to you.  Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to arrive. Our parcels usually arrive much faster than this but it’s best to be on the safe side!

If you require an order to be shipped overnight or by a certain date, please phone us on 022 1511 311 to confirm this before you make your order!

International shipping is dependent on the destination and we will let you know when to expect your items.

Gift vouchers

  • Run out of gift ideas?  Perhaps they’ll appreciate a Yopie’s Store Gift Voucher so they can choose a little something for themselves.
  • We post out gift vouchers to the address you supply when ordering. If you lose your voucher or it doesn’t make it to you in the post, please contact us right away and we will cancel the lost voucher and set up a new one immediately.
  • If you prefer, we can email you a PDF of the voucher. Please get in touch to specify this.
  • Gift vouchers are usually valid for 6 months from date of purchase, this information will be printed on the voucher.

Voucher codes/Discount codes

  • Voucher codes issued in our promotions will have set expiry dates and conditions of use. Please check these details and bear them in mind when ordering. If you are unsure, please contact us to check before it’s too late!
  • We can’t give change on Voucher codes so please bear this in mind when ordering.
  • Only one Voucher code can be used at a time – our shopping cart will only accept one code per trip through the checkout.
  • Voucher codes are not redeemable for cash.
  • We reserve the right to refuse purchases using Voucher codes that we believe may be breaching our terms and conditions.

Layby

Yes – we offer Layby on purchases over $50.  Please refer to Layby section for further details.

Our Voucher Code/Discount Code terms and conditions (above) apply to GrabOne vouchers.
There may also be additional terms and conditions (specified at below the deal on GrabOne’s website and in the Fine Print section on the GrabOne Voucher).

Returns are no problem

It can feel risky to order something new online – What will it look like? What will it feel like? How do the fabrics and colours look in real life? How squishy is it? Does it match my other stuff?

To help with this, we offer the following returns policy:

  • Return your item to us within 2 months of purchase for a full refund.
  • Ensure items are unused, in original condition, and with any tags and original packaging still intact.
  • We will refund your purchase price for the item/s returned.
  • No refund is available on any delivery charges.  You are responsible for charges involved in posting items back to us.
  • When returning items, tracked postage is preferred as we can’t be responsible for returned items that don’t make it back to us!

Please contact us to let us know that you wish to make a return and we’ll help to organise it.

Please note: In some cases (eg Party Program purchases) we have to limit the return period for “‘change of mind” returns to one week. Please contact us straight away if your order doesn’t suit and you’d like to return it.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We do our best to ensure your items to get to you in top notch condition – if they aren’t, or if they develop a fault, we can offer a full refund or an exchange for a replacement item. Please contact us to let us know of any faults or damage. We’ll send you a return postage bag/box for you to return the item/s in. We ask that you return the item to us along with the original packaging and tags (if possible).

Faults: We’re happy to refund/exchange faulty items for a reasonable period (this depends on the item, and the kind of fault). Please contact us to discuss.

Damage: Damage during shipping or handling can unfortunately occur at times. Please contact us immediately to discuss.

All prices on Yopie’s Store are in New Zealand dollars.
