Answers to our most frequently asked questions are below. These are all mentioned in the Fine Print on your GrabOne voucher:
- All purchases with GrabOne vouchers will be DELIVERED FOR FREE within New Zealand!
- GrabOne vouchers can be used on sale price marked items.
- GrabOne vouchers cannot be used to purchase clothing and bibs.
- GrabOne vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
- GrabOne vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or vouchers.
- This does mean that GrabOne vouchers cannot be used on the Ugly of the Month (we think the discount on these Uglies is already pretty awesome)!
Also, please allow ONE WEEK for your purchases to arrive with you (to New Zealand addresses). If you need something delivered faster than this, please call 0800 906 616 before you order so we can arrange it.
